About Hallows Eve
**Every Hallows Eve, the town of Hollowmere keeps one flame alight: the Last Lantern.** This year Jack Hollow, the Pumpkin King, has stolen it, and the night has cracked apart. The graveyard, the chapel, the castle and the crypts now drift through the dark as broken islands, crawling with the restless dead.
You are **Wick**, the bell-ringer's apprentice: small, hooded, armed with a borrowed sickle and a tin lantern holding the very last ember. Cross the shattered night, ring the Soul Bells, face the Pumpkin King in his burning patch, and carry the ember home before the bells toll twelve.
### How it plays
- Isometric action across eight fragments, in four acts and a finale, from the Barrow Fields to the Hollow Patch
- Hold the sickle for a three-hit combo, roll out of danger, and flare your lantern to stun anything that hates the light
- Find and ring each fragment's Soul Bell to unseal the portals onward
- Dare the purple cursed portal: harder to reach, but it doubles your score on the next fragment
- Chain hits for a combo multiplier and race the clock, because midnight ends the night
- Beat the Pumpkin King's lieutenants, the Hayward and the Gnawer, before facing Jack Hollow himself
- Two difficulties: Candlelit (six hearts, fall and the act begins anew) or Midnight (five hearts, one run), each with its own online leaderboard
### A handmade world
Every scene looks like a stop-motion miniature: sculpted clay, stitched felt and twisted wire, lit by cold moonlight and warm lantern glow, with an original soundtrack.
Plays in the browser with keyboard, mouse or gamepad, in English or Spanish. Every image, model, line of code, track and sound effect was made with AI under my creative direction.
