About Skate U
SKATE U · University of Skateboarding
Enrol. Shred. Graduate pro.
It’s game day on campus. Fifty thousand fans, the marching band warming up, tailgates on every lawn, and the whole campus is your skatepark. You roll in as a freshman nobody knows. By kickoff you’ll have earned your sponsor, won the stadium contest and landed the line that makes you pro.
Skate U is a love letter to the early-2000s street skating games. Big combos, gaps hidden everywhere, and a whole campus to explore, playable right in your browser.
Features
Classic combo skating. Flips, grabs, grinds, lip tricks, manuals, reverts, wallrides, wallplants, nollies, boneless, caveman, special tricks and spine transfers. Link it all together and don’t bail.
A full campus to skate. Bowls and pools, a 16-metre MegaRamp over a pond, street plazas, a container port, rooftops, stair sets and a stadium contest course. Nearly every quarter pipe has a ramp on its back, so you can spine transfer almost anywhere.
A story in five semesters. Take courses from 11 campus locals, from the coach and the photographer to the band director and the contest director. Earn your sponsor and graduate pro, then open Grad School for the legend challenges.
344 gaps to discover, plus S-K-A-T-E letters, zine pages and timed delivery runs.
Level up 11 skills to 99 and spend skill points to tune your skater.
Over 200 pieces of merch across four clothing lines: skate brands, preppy, collegiate and hardcore band tees. Every hat, shoe, deck and tee looks different on your skater.
The Bounce House Open. Three 45-second runs on the stadium course to chase gold.
Fast travel to any local, a lofi soundtrack and automatic saves in your browser.
