About Solar Explorers
You start with a humble courier shuttle and make your own way among the stars. Haul cargo between busy stations and play the markets. Crack open asteroid fields for ore, take on bounties, or slip contraband past the patrols. Dogfight raiders who will beg for mercy over the radio when the fight turns against them. Beyond the trade lanes are black holes, ringed giants, raging cosmic storms and ruins left by civilizations nobody has met. Two alien races are out there too, and neither wants you anywhere near them.
Then a ghost signal comes through on the emergency band. Out on the rim, the stars are going dark one by one, and whatever is doing it isn't going to stop.
