About Tile Wars
Tile Wars is a turn-based tactics duel you play in your browser. Draft five creatures, deploy them on an 18x11 grid, and out-think a real opponent in about ten minutes. No download, no account needed.
The draft is the game
Five slots, and the shape is fixed: two heavy, two mid, one light. Cards are dealt, not picked from a catalogue, so the question is never "what is strongest". It is what your two big creatures cannot handle, and which small one covers it.
Over 230 creatures, none of them safe
Every creature has a signature ability and passives that really work: breath weapons that fan out, chains that arc between enemies, roots, poisons, shoves, corpses that explode. Every card in a tier is balanced against the others, so ground, reach and turn order settle more fights than a big number does.
Tribes
Undead, vermin, reptile, elemental, aquatic, humanoid, occult and beast. Draft several of one tribe and it pays out in its own currency: a damage school, regeneration, faster spells or free movement. Stacking is strong and narrow. Mixing is flexible.
The board
Forest, desert and cave maps, with water, trees and rocks in the way. Some maps hide a chest in the middle that arms on first blood. Inside is a rune for your belt, or a trap that hurts everyone standing around it. Including you.
Ways to play
- Ranked PvP with a ladder. The battle runs on the server, so nobody can bend it.
- Play a friend with an invite code.
- Play the AI, and when it gets easy, tick "Feeling confident?" for one that searches every legal move.
- A guided tutorial for your first match.
Fair by design
Cards are earned by playing, never bought with real money. Owning more cards gives you a wider draft, not a stronger warband.
Plays on desktop and phones, in English, Português, Español and Polski
